The Skopje Make Dox Creative Documentary Festival honors Ulrich Seidl’s In the Basement with its Onion Seed Award.

The young jury stated, «the director shifts boundaries of what’s acceptable too be discussed outside the dark social basements and by using the film language imaginatively, he also succeeds at shifting the boundary between documentary and fiction.»
