A humorous movie about life and work of a young filmmaker calling himself Robert Tarntino. As a "rebel without a crew" and against all odds, he tries shoot a trash-horror-movie. The employment center wants him to work as a cleaner in public restrooms, but without any budget he starts to make his film, "The Vienna Blood Massacre"
