The film is a personal television documentary about the life of Lisl Goldarbeiter - the first and only Austrian Miss Universe 1929- and her cousin Marci Tenczer, against the Background of a 'roaring' period in the history of Vienna, Austria and Hungary, the 30s and 40s of the last century. Marci caused Lisl's beauty career, which made her famous. Their forever love forms the dramatic line. The documentary ends with their marriage in 1949 and is based on unique amateur film footage made by Tenczer.
