Paul and Erik, two introverted loosers lacking social contacts, both work in a smudgy kitchen of the cheap chickenburger fastfoodstore 'El Chicko'. To pass time and monotony, Paul tells his partner time and again stories about a murderer killing women, of which Erik always wants to hear more and more. Eventually, Erik starts to believe that Paul is telling about himself. When Paul meets Stella, a love relationship soon begins, and at the same time Martha, the sexy waitress of 'El Chicko' disappears, Erik's suspicion that Paul is involved in the murder cases he told him about take on shape. Things get even more difficult when Stellas former boyfriend and rebuffed lover tries to take revenge. The story takes off and, suddenly, Erik finds himself in the midst of a murder story, however, a few of his conclusions turn out to be wrong...
