Sigi and Henny live together in Italy and sell Viennese-style sausages. Renate wants to get a divorce with the help of a crafty lawyer. Sigi seeks help from a lawyer friend, Dr. Peter Sommer, who ends up falling in love with Henny. Julia, Renate and Sigi's daughter, compounds the confusion by asking that everyone - mother, father and girlfriend - live under one roof. Perfect chaos, especially for Henny, who can't decide whether she loves Sigi or his lawyer. To make matters even worse, her ex-boyfriend also gets involved.
